Popular ones include: Taking on more responsibility. Improving my work-life balance. Getting promoted. Changing career direction. Getting a raise. Gaining a qualification. Being more organized. Making a packed lunch. Learning a new skill. Worrying statistic: only eight percent of people achieve their goals. [1] This is because they: Set unrealistic goals. Underestimate completion time.
